Labels24 is a South African custom label printing company based in Germiston, Gauteng. We provide label printing services to businesses and individuals across South Africa.
All prices displayed on our website are estimates based on the specifications you provide. Final pricing may vary if artwork requires additional preparation, if specifications change after quoting, or if special materials are requested.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout using the payment methods shown there. Payment must be received and cleared before your order enters production. For established business accounts, payment terms may be arranged separately.
Standard production time is 1 to 3 business days from proof approval. Rush production (24 hours) is available on request and may incur additional fees.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by courier partners. Labels24 is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring your artwork is correct before approving the digital proof. Once approved, any errors in the artwork (spelling, colours, dimensions) are your responsibility.
We provide one free digital proof per order. Additional proofs or design changes after the first proof may incur a fee.
If your labels are defective due to our production error (not artwork errors), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint at no charge or provide a refund at our discretion.
Colour variation of up to 10% is considered acceptable in digital printing. If exact colour matching is required, please request a press proof before full production.
You warrant that you own or have licensed all intellectual property rights in the artwork you provide. Labels24 assumes no liability for trademark or copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.
Labels24's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
